A local gem with quirks

The hotel staff provided very nice local recommendations, we experienced the best of Assisi. The charming boutique ambiance.

The breakfast offerings were limited, lacking any hot items which was disappointing. We experienced some disturbances from outside noise, which disrupted our sleep.

all in all our stay was unforgettable, no complaints. the room was well-appointed and a nice size with view with a comfortable bed. a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and an individual safe were a very nice touch.

Pleasant staff, they know their business...

The room was spacious with a great shower, but I missed having hot options at breakfast.

I liked the Dal Moro Gallery Hotel for its size and facilities - not too large and not impersonal, but modern and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, at reception and in the restaurant - especially important for the single traveller. The buffet breakfast was very good, as were the meals I took in the restauant at other times. I spent an entire week in the hotel and appreciated that it was at one remove from Assisi itself: my purpose was to get to know Assisi but actually staying in the old city could have been a little claustrophobic and it was quite easy to take one of the half-hourly buses for the ten minute ride into Assisi each day. My interest was in the places associated with St Francis and St Clare, and the Dal Moro Gallery Hotel is just a few paces from the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, an important site in the life of St Francis and the history of the Franciscan Order. The staff were very helpful in providing train times when I visited nearby Spoleto and Perugia

The Reception area is perhaps a bit small and not all the guests could be accommodated there in the evening for drinks and chat.

Very good feeling, small hotel, free parking-garage, clean room, beautiful position near the Chiesa Santa Maria del angeli, and not so far from Asisi centar.

Everything its Ok better then other hotel in Italy

Loved the spacious room with a large balcony and an amazing shower. The breakfast was great with options catered for vegans too. Plus, the staff was helpful.

Very confortable Hotel, with good location. Assisi just a short Bus ride. Very helpful and kind staff. Good Restaurant both for Dinner and breakfast. Short walk from train station.

The room's soundproofing was quite poor, causing disturbances from street noise and loud music in the lobby that persisted late into the night. The pressure of the shower was inadequate. I expected a more varied breakfast selection that would include at least one hot item.

enviable proximity to landmarks and fine park views

the hotel offers a fantastic base for exploring the area, being just a few steps from the fine Church of Saint Mary of the Angels and only a short walk to the picturesque gardens, perfect for a peaceful stroll or picnic after a day of sightseeing.

The area around the hotel is bustling with restaurants and cafes. The staff demonstrated an excellent level of attentiveness, ready to assist whenever needed. Room amenities included a well-functioning AC and plentiful space for belongings, although the layout involved a cumbersome journey up stairs and through hallways. Breakfast lacked hot items, a missed opportunity for improvement.

The hotel is located in a charming town, and the restaurant offers a wonderful selection of local Umbrian wines. While the room was pleasant, I found the lack of drawer space a bit inconvenient, and getting a cup of tea was challenging due to the unusual practices for serving it.

The staff at the hotel are very pleasant and amiable. the boutique building and rooms with a view are very nice. There are lots of outstanding meal options available.

The venue is stylish and ideal. It has a convenient location in Assisi, not far from a taxi, Perugia, and una posizione comodissima cosi vicino alla Porziuncola. Staff is incredibly professional. The hotel offers lots of fabulous food. You can park your car on-site.
